Piece Pick Pending

You can use this screen to monitor the piece picking process. This screen shows the number of items in an Aisle whose picklist is generated but the items are still not picked.

Column Description

• Aisle ID 

• No. of Items - Number of items need to be picked from the Aisle.

• Wave ID - The wave details corresponding to the pending picks can be viewed in the      Piece Pick Pending screen when Wave wise picking is ON.

• Status -  There are two statuses. 

  • NEW - Whenever a picklist is released, it is created here under NEW status. 

  • ALLOCATED - When any picker scans a location near any Aisle Id with NEW status, that picklist moves to ALLOCATED status. If this picklist is not picked within a certain period of time, it moves back to NEW status again.

• Oldest Pick List - This is the picklist release time.

• Required by Time -  This is the SLA time by which order should be ready for dispatch.

• Zone Wise Total Pendency - Zone wise pending items count

The list can be sorted on any of the columns.

Start picking the item from the 1st location or the item will be stuck in allocated state for 5 mins.
