CIMS Listings Updation/Correction

Use case: In case of incorrectly mapped listings.

Points to be noted:

• Currently channel SKUs/client SKUs cannot be corrected from frontend UI.
  • Channel serial numbers can be edited from Manage Listings under Update Listings option. Update Listing - to update the Channel Serial Number corresponding to channel SKU
• As a current solution, we mark incorrectly mapped SKUs as invalid from backend.
• Post this client can upload correct listings.

Validations to be made:

• No active failed orders must be present against the SKUs.
• All processing orders must be in terminal state.
• The SKUs to be corrected must be SKU disabled and the Sync disabled before before going ahead with correction.
