Seller Tier Overview

What is Seller Tiering?

Seller Tiering will reward you for your performance. You will be classified into Gold, Silver and Bronze tier based on your performance for last 90 days. Better you perform, more benefits you get. 

How do I get rewarded?

Tiering system is designed to reward you for your performance. Improve your performance to achieve Gold tier and get maximum benefits.

Flipkart provides Account Management support to Gold, Silver Tier Sellers to work with the sellers to drive growth on Platform. Account Management Support for Gold, Silver tier sellers would be relegated because of the following reasons:

  • If the Seller Account is blacklisted.
  • If the Seller Account status is put on hold for Suspected Frauds for more than 2 consecutive weeks.
  • If the Seller POC not contactable for more than 2 weeks.
  • If the Seller doesn't require Account Management support and has proactively sent a mail in this regard.
  • If the Seller uses Foul/Abusive language while interacting with Account Managers.

How does it work?

You can progress to the next tier only when you have attained All the predefined performance criteria. Please check the tier wise benchmarks below. Please note that the tiering is updated every quarter. So make sure you maintain your high standards of performance to continue availing these benefits.

50 Lakhs or 6000 Units
25 Lakhs or 3000 Units
No changes

All the sellers who are not classified as Gold or Silver

How to check my performance?

You can keep checking your metrics in the Performance Overview tab under Growth tab.
