Flipkart Listing Checklist

1.The seller ID must be allowed to sell on Flipkart Marketplace, after completing onboarding.

2.The listing's selling price or MRP should be changed to a non-zero, positive integer.

3.The SKU should be within the specified character length. No exceptions are entertained.

4.The HSN should conform to allowed HSN norms 4,6,8 or 10 character.

5.The SKU can not be changed. No exceptions are entertained.

6.The selling price must always be set to MRP or lower values.

7.The SKU ID should ideally only contain alphanumeric characters.

8.Always provide a valid FSN

9.The FSN used should be a valid catalog item. Please check the "Add new products" page in the seller dashboard or the Flipkart Website.

10.Brand approval must be claimed via the seller dashboard to become eligible to list products of certain brands. This is a pre-requisite to allow listing.

11.The listing cannot be sold in the Flipkart marketplace. Exceptions are not allowed.

12.The cardinality of certain attributes, particularly legal metrology attributes & packages that are multi-valued, should not exceed the specified limit.

13.Legal metrology attributes should not contain the specified characters. Please sanitize the address.

14.Luxury cess value must be corrected.

15.Package details are required and must be provided. (packages attribute)

15.The selling price must be corrected to an acceptable value, where the difference between MRP and selling price is not exceeding the discount threshold.

16.The MRP must be corrected in compliance with marketplace rules. In case of disputes, please approach the Marketplace trust & safety team.

17.The selling price must be corrected in compliance with marketplace rules.

18.The manufacturing date must be corrected.

19.The expiry time must be corrected.

20.The maximum order quantity must be more than or equal to the minimum order quantity.

21.The manufacturer address and packer address is mandatory and must be supplied.

22.The manufacture date and expiry time is mandatory.

23.The HSN or tax code does not correspond with each other. Please change it.

24.The procurement type attribute must be specified. Choose one of [REGULAR, EXPRESS, INTERNATIONAL, MADE_TO_ORDER, DOMESTIC]

25.The procurement sla must be specified

for Regular, it is 1 or 2 DAY

for EXPRESS, it is 1 or 2 HR

26.The shipping provider must be specified.

27.The local, zonal and national shipping fees must be supplied

28.The procurement type cannot be updated for FBF, FBF_LITE listings.

29.The procurement SLA cannot be updated for FBF, FBF_LITE listings.

30.The shipping provider cannot be updated for FBF, FBF_LITE listings.

31.The package details must be supplied for NON_FBF and FBF_LITE listings. It is mandatory even if the listing is being sold across FBF, NON_FBF or FBF, FBF_LITE simultaneously.

32The forbid_shipping attribute cannot be set.

33.The procurement type must be changed. Choose one of [REGULAR, EXPRESS, INTERNATIONAL, MADE_TO_ORDER, DOMESTIC]

34.The shipping provider should be changed. Choose one of [SELLER, FLIPKART, SELLER_FLIPKART, FLIPKART_SELLER]

35.The service profile must be changed. Choose one of [FBF, NON_FBF, FBF_LITE, FBF_AND_FBF_LITE, FBF_AND_NON_FBF]

The allowed profile depends on the seller's current capabilities and listing performance / quality factors.

36.The forbid_shipping attribute cannot be set.

37.The shipping fee should be modified in accordance to the limits mentioned in the error description.

38.The shipping fee attributes must be omitted in listing update payloads.

39.The product LBHW must be correctly supplied. In case of disputes, please raise a support ticket via the seller portal.

40.Do not set minimum order quantity or set it to 1.

41The minimum order quantity should be set in accordance to the limits supplied in the error message.

42.The selling price is higher than the allowed minimum order quantity value. Either decrease the selling price or set minimum order quantity to 1.
