Reasons for Missing Data in Return Order Report SKU Wise - OMS

Missing data with blank values can be for attributes like: Unit price, System Invoice Line Item ID, Sub-Tax Line Items (IGST,CGST,SGST Values)

Attributes in “ Return Order Report SKU Wise - OMS”  report in jasper with columns,Tax, unit price, System Invoice Line Item ID have null values because of the following reasons:

• The Return Item was processed/GRNed with a new Reprinted item ID because of the reasons:

  • No item ID received on the item and the Operator has reprinted the item ID.

  • Item ID was present, but the operator reprinted the item ID.

  Since our system won't be able to map new item ID’s with old item ID’s. Hence the values are blank.

• Return orders could have been processed without Return Expectations received from the Marketplace.
