Probable Cause : Returns received Without expectations .
Steps of Resolution :
Go to Returns : Return Order Report Item Level - WMS Report in Jasper ,set the Returns Expectations filter as Unexpected Returns and use Returns Processed From -Returns Processed To filter .
Check if Return Process Without Expectation is True also check if Is Upload filter is True .If Is Upload filter is not True this means return upload is not been done for those order and they will not be marked as completed .
To mark these orders as completed Return Order Upload needs to be done ,for that refer B2C Returns Processing ,Return Order Upload
4. Once Return Order Upload is done , Go to Assure WMS select the proper ware house and In Search Return Orders go to Without Expectation and search the Return Gate Entry Id for the order and check if the Gate entry is closed ,if not get it closed .
5 .Open Map Return Expectation To Received Return from OMS Outward Orders ,select the respective Client ,Warehouse and Channel ,download template and upload the csv file with respective data .
Once done Return Order Report Item Level - WMS report will show completed value for Return Order .
