Assure Reports

Assure Reporting is done using TIBCO Jaspersoft.

There are two sets of reports available:

Standard Reports (common for all the Customers)
Customized Reports (Customer specific)

Standard Reports

-	Billing Report	Billing reports contains Inwards, Outwards and Returns data Summarized and at month level.
-	Control Tower	This report includes Not found, Productivity of GRN, Picking and Packing, No of B2C Orders Received, No of B2C Orders by SLA date and their statuses, B2B Orders Quantity by Order Release date and their Statuses, Fresh Inwards Gate Entry Quantity and their Statuses, Return Inwards Gate Entry Quantity and their Statuses at date level. Inventory and Bin details snapshot will be present only for the current date.
-	Customer/Supplier Details - OMS	This report provides customer and supplier details present in our system.
-	Dashboard	This dashboard provides Sales, Inwards and returns data of last day, current week and current month. Current Snapshot of Unmapped SKUs is also populated.
Inwards	Inward Report at GRN Level - OMS	This contains GRN data at invoice level for all the POs getting inwarded. Data can be filtered baed on GRN date	Whenever a user wants to see the overall snapshot of GRN happening as per GRN date. Also gives overall GRN productivity of warehouse
Inwards	Inward Report at GRN SKU Level - OMS	This contains GRN data at SKU level for all the POs getting inwarded	This data is mostly needed by ERP systems to capture GRN data
Inwards	Inward Report at PO SKU Level - OMS	This contains GRN data at SKU level for a given PO	Whenever a user wants to see detailed GRN report for a single PO either to share to client or for debugging purpose
Outwards	B2B Outward SKU wise report - OMS	This contains complete data at SKU level for all the B2B outward invoices getting created in Increff system. It also has data like tax information, life-cycle times (creation, packed etc)	Needed by ERP systems Any analytics required with billing/outward for B2B can be done using this data
Outwards	B2C Outward SKU wise report - OMS	This contains complete data at SKU level for all the B2C outward invoices getting created in Increff system. It also has data like tax information, life-cycle times(creation, packed, SLA, manifest etc)	Needed by ERP systems Any analytics required with billing/outward for B2B can be done using this data
Outwards	B2C Order Status Dashboard by Order date - OMS	For all the order created in certain date range, this report shows status wise split grouped by channels and date.	By seeing the number of orders open status wise, one can plan the resource of the warehouse One can see things SLA breaches, Cancelled orders per channel date wise Also in case total order for a day for channel is having very low/high count, one gets alerted and act accordingly
Outwards	B2C Order Status Dashboard by SLA date - OMS	For all the order with in certain SLA date range, this report shows status wise split grouped by channels and date.	By seeing the number of orders open status wise, one can plan the resource of the warehouse. For today's SLA, single view will tell if some orders may breach SLA and if extra resource is required
Outwards	Orders status Reports - OMS	For all the open orders, this report has all the details at Order level. This has entire order life-cycle details along with status wise split for items in order	Gives order level view for open orders. Helps in debugging if we want to track till order level.
Outwards	Orders status Reports Detail - OMS	For all the open orders, this report has all the details at Order SKU level. This has entire order life-cycle details along with status wise split for items in order at SKU level	Gives order SKU level view for open orders. Helps in debugging if we want to track till SKU of order level. More helpful with B2B orders where one wants to have detail on SKU level like how many picked, released invoiced etc
Outwards	Outward Summary Report - OMS	For all invoiced orders, this report contains data at order level. Combined summary for B2B and B2C is there in this report. Data include order life-cycle information, tax information for every order
Outwards	Order Exposure History	For a given SKU, shows entire timeline of inventory updates sent and orders received for all channels	Very crucial in debugging when Unfulfillable orders are received
Outwards	SLA Breached and Unfulfillable Orders	This report shows the count of unfulfillable orders and SLA breached orders summary for today grouped by channel	For any seller performance, SLA and fulfillment rate are very important key matrices. This report gives quick access to this data
Outwards	Top Sellers	This report has top selling styles. Addition information includes ROS, inventory availability, discount information	For business people, this report is very insightful. Helps in taking future decision Also helps in prevention of business loss by showing -if enough inventories are available for top sellers -if discount can be reduced if demand is high
Outwards	Failed Order Report	This report contains the list of all the failed orders currently present. An order is marked as failed if listing for some of its SKU is not present in the system	If any order is in failed status. It is important to get the listing uploaded soon as order cannot be processed till listing is uploaded.
Outwards	Manifest Reports Detail	This report contains entire detail for manifest. Details include orders, transporter, AWB, channel and times.	To see all the manifest for a transporter for a day/ multiple days To see all manifests for a channel for a day/multiple days
Outwards	Outward Unfulfillbale Orders Detail - OMS	This report has detail information on unfulfillable orders with SKU information. Also it has details like last unfulfillable orders, last synced quantity, last synced time	Helpful in debugging if unfulfillable orders are there in the system
Outwards	Outwards at Box ID Level	For a given order/ invoice/ shipment, one can see the list of items getting dispatched at box level	Helpful for any debugging where outward mismatch is reported
Outwards	Pending B2C Orders Dashboard	It gives a dashboard for all open orders which includes 4 views - Pending B2C orders by release date [Grouped by release date and channel] - Pending B2C orders by SLA date [Grouped by SLA date and channel] - Pending B2C Orders with Remarks by SLA Date [Grouped by SLA date and channel] - Order Cancellation after invoicing
Outwards	Order Flow - OMS	This report shows flow of unfulfillable orders for every channel at 2 Hourly interval basis	Very helpful at peak times. Any high number in this report is supposed to be taken seriously and immediately looked into
Outwards	Outwards : Shipped Order Items Detail Report - WMS	This report provides item level details for a shipped order.
Outwards	Time wise Pending B2C Orders by SLA Date - OMS	This report helps to see pending B2C orders grouped by status by 2 Hourly interval.	This place helps to see if any SLA breach can possibly happen for any channel and supervisor can take pro-active action to avoid it
Listing	Channel Inventory Exposure Detail - CIMS	This report tells for a channel, what are the quantities exposed, synced time, buffer used	While debugging, one can use this report to check if there are discrepancies between channel inventory and inventory exposed
Listing	Channel Inventory Exposure Summary - CIMS	This report gives overall summary of total SKUs, quantities exposed to each channel. Additional information includes % of inventory exposed, % of SKUs listed/not listed	For business this report gives a great view in terms of exposure at channel level
Listing	Channel Mapping Error - CIMS
Listing	Snapshot - CIMS	This report gives a dump of all mapping uploaded in CIMS for every channel	Anyone wants to verify the mappings or check and duplicate error can use this report to see list of uploaded mappings
Listing	Unmapped Channel SKUs - CIMS	This report gives list of unmapped SKUs per channel. Unmapped SKU are those SKUs which are present in OMS but there listings are missing in CIMS
WMS	Productivity Report - WMS	This report gives, for every user, productivity on daily basis. Productivity includes seeing items getting picked, packed, GRNed per user	This report is useful to see which user is performing well and who needs little more attention.
Returns	Gate Entry Report - OMS	This report contains entire detail of all the return gate entries getting created and AWBs received against it	To see if all returns received in a gate entry got processed Also when debugging, if someone wants to check for a particular AWB, which gate entry it got received under and when
Returns	Image URLs - OMS	This report contains image URLs for QC Fail items received	For SPF claims, channels needs images. Those image's URL can be taken form this report
Returns	Return Order Report Item Level - WMS	This report contains item level information for items getting received in returns	Mostly for QC Fail return inwards, item id information gets crucial for return. Multiple times, user wants to know items returned in particular order or all items returned with particular QC status. This report can be used to get any such detail
Retruns	Return Order Report SKU Wise - OMS	This report has SKU level data, linked forward order data for every return getting processed	This data is needed by client's ERP. Also this report holds a huge financial value. Recon team uses this report to see how many pieces getting returned and QC details to settle financials witch channels
Storage	Bin & SKU level Inventory Snapshot - WMS	For every bin, it gives location, SKU count, QC, allocation information	When someone wants to do full cycle count and match before and after snapshot If there is some discrepancy in physical and digital count, like physically bin is empty but making it offline throwing error, this report is helpful To see which location is occupied by which bin
Storage	Inventory Ageing - WMS	For every available SKU in warehouse, this report shows how many of them are less than 30 days old, 31-60 days old till greater than 180 days old. Also it has sale count for last 15 days	Helpful for business people. They easily get to see which all SKUs are performing good/bad. Can take future business decision based on this data
Storage	GRN at Item Level Report - WMS	For a certain date range, this report shows items which got inwarded but were not putaway	Many times people do forget to putaway the GRNed bin. Also sometime, while doing GRN, user forgets to map item to bin. To recover from these situations, this report is helpful
Storage	Inventory Available for Sales - OMS	Entire dump of OMS inventory
Storage	QC Reject Reasons Report - WMS	For all items getting marked as QC Fail in a certain date range, this report gives detailed information like QC Reason, stage at which marked fail	If someone wants to know how many QC Fails are happening after packing and see who has missed them during GRN process
Storage	Warehouse Inventory Status - WMS	Dump of inventory in WMS for each SKU grouped by status(NEW, PICKING etc)
Storage	Bin Locations Report - WMS	For all locations in WMS, this report tells the id of bin if it is occupied. One can also see list of empty locations here	To get list of empty locations
Storage	Master HSN IDs - FISCAL	Dump of all the HSN IDs in the system along with tax rule
Storage	Not Putaway Report - WMS	This has all the bins which has some inventory in it but the bin is not live	Helps in knowing the bins which are ready for putaway but by mistake it is not yet live
Storage	Picklist report	This report has entire detail of all the picklist getting generated, picked, lost, QC failed etc	Very helpful in debugging. When some items has not reached the packing desk, one wants to see who picked it and from where.
Storage	SKU Master - OMS	This report is the dump of entire SKU master present in OMS
Storage	Stock Movement Detail	For a specific date range, this report tells for each SKU, how many got inwarded, outwarded, returned	For business, this report gives a good view to monitor the velocity of SKUs present at warehouse
