Getting 'Internal Error' while uploading 'Inward PO'


   Please check the Order Date format. It should be in 'DD-MM-YYYY' format.


Error : 'Cannot Audit this item as it is SWITCHEROO state' on Audit Screen.


This item is already marked as 'Item not in box'. Hence showing the error.


Error while doing barcoding : Error creating Item temp for : Mobile_818_XGB_B


Please check whether the SKU is present in OMS-Product master in WMS instance. 

If it is present in Product Master, it might be present against different Client ID. Please upload the product master against the correct Client ID and do the barcoding.


Error while uploading Master SKU data : A combination already exists for master sku : Mobile_1000_GEP_XGB_A in the system


Please check whether the SKU is present in the Master SKU in the system.

If it is present, Please check whether the PA_SKU is appended with _GEP when the gep is true



Duplicate Error while uploading AWBs, but the AWBs are not present in the Master Inventory Report


AWBs got uploaded with future order date. Please check with support team on this.



'Internal Error' while uploading PA_SKU data 


Audit type should be in Upper case. Please change 'TA_Basic' to 'TA_BASIC'. The issue will get resolved.
