| RCA | The Pin code is not serviceable at this moment by any couriers at Shipway end. |
| Resolution | To configure more courier partners to ensure serviceability to mentioned pincode and to reassign courier partner based on serviceability. If not to place a temporary embargo for customer orders from mentioned pincode. |
