What should be done if the following error "Error in closing shipment: Unable to get ShippingLabelData from ClickPost for orderID: <OrderId>. Pincode not serviceable by clickpost"?


Check the Pincode serviceability with the courier partner If the pin code becomes serviceable in the coming days. If not, cancel the order.


What are the logistics platforms integrated with Assure?


Assure is integrated with the following logistics platforms:

  • ClickPost
  • ShipRocket
  • Shipway


What should be done if the inventory is not synced to Shopify and not visible on the panel?


Check if the SKUs are mapped to the warehouse location. 

  • Go to products
  • Search the product and select the product
  • Click on Edit Locations, all the locations should be selected.
  • The SKUs can be mapped in bulk by uploading the bulk CSV with all the SKUs. In the inventory column remove the No stock and update with '0'. This will map all the listings. 

Does Shiprocket support Multi ware house ??


Shiprocket does not support multi warehousing. If multi warehousing is needed can opt for splitting and routing.



Warehouse Mapping to SKU on Shopify


  • Go to inventory section on shopify panel



  • Export the file select all variants and export inventory from all location




  • The inventory file would be exported, PFB the sample file

  • Update the not stocked SKUs with 0 as inventory

  • Now the SKU will get mapped to the warehouse
