| RCA | This error occurs when the maximum address length limitation of 100 has exceeded at logistic end. |
| Resolution | To correct the address length from Customer support panel (CSP) and process the order. Do revert back if issue persists after address is corrected |
Pincode serviceability issues
| Error | Error in closing shipment: INCREFF_SHOPIFY003: Error creating shipping label from rms, error message: Error From Channel: Pincode not serviceable in given logistic priority. OR Error in closing shipment: INCREFF_SHOPIFY003: Error creating shipping label from rms, error message: Error From Channel: Delhivery Logistics Error: Crashing while saving package due to exception '<zip_code> is non serviceable pincode'. Package might have been partially saved. OR Error in closing shipment: INCREFF_SHOPIFY003: Error creating shipping label from rms, error message: Error From Channel: Pincode not serviceable |
| RCA | Assigned courier partner is not serviceable to delivery pincode |
| Resolution | To reassign courier based on serviceability. Post which order packing can be retried on Increff. Else order cannot be processed |
Phone number Validation issues

| RCA | Customer Phone number is invalid |
| Resolution | To correct the phone number from Customer support panel (CSP) and process the order. Do revert back if issue persists after number is corrected |
