Flipkart order with updated start processing time


Error Error closing shipment in omsError in closing shipment: Error from Channel: Error while creating shipment at channel : INCREFF_FK004: Error from Channel: Could not pack order item as dispatch after date is greater than current time
RCAThe issue occurs as the start processing and required by time has been updated by the marketplace.
ResolutionThe mentioned order can be processed only after new start processing time.

Myntra Tagloop requirement

Error Error closing shipment in omsError in closing shipment: Error from Channel: Please retry packing after attaching a seal tag to the item(s) for SKUs: [xxxx]. If the seal tag is not attached, the item(s) will not be eligible for SPF claims. Note: Packing will not be interrupted in the next attempt even if the tag is absent.
RCAThe issue was happening as Myntra team has enabled tag loops for all sellers. Seller return SPF claims may get impacted if orders are processed  without scanning tag loops.


Client team seems to have opted to allow packing the second time it is attempted. 


ResolutionTo attach tag loop if required, else Packing will not be interrupted in the next attempt even if the tag is absent.

Dispatch Issue for Shipment already part of manifest

Error Error adding awb to manifest in omsThe Shipment with the Awb [xxx] is already part of another manifest. : [yyy]
RCAThe error occurs when the shipment is already mapped to another manifest id.
ResolutionDo the Dispatch by Order instead of Dispatch by Transporter by selecting the same from the dropdown in Disptach tab.

Error adding awb to manifest in omsOnly INVOICED Shipments can be added to manifests. This shipment is DISPATCHED
RCAThe error occurs when the shipment that is being tried to handover has already been handover.
ResolutionThe order status can be verified from Orders screen--> All tab.


Error Error updating manifest in omsError from Channel: Manifest cannot be created for orderId :[xxx], status : RETURN_REQUESTED
RCAThe error occurs when the shipment that is being tried to handover has already been processed through the marketplace's seller panel.
ResolutionRefer to Manual Order Completion and manually complete the orders from SFS UI.

RCAThe error occurs when the shipment is already manifested.
ResolutionProceed with the next process i.e, Handover.
