Customers can create login credentials for Increff Omni support portal in below two ways.
- Signing up directly on the Increff Omni support portal.
- Or, requesting Increff Omni success team to create the credentials.
Signing up directly on the Increff Omni support portal
- Open URL https://support.increff.com in any web browser application; for example - Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.
- On Increff Omni support portal, click Sign up at the right-top side of the screen as shown below.
- Fill in the requested details on the sign-up screen and click Register. Please make sure that you fill in your official email address (your email address with company's domain).
- Open the activation link sent by the Increff Omni support portal to the registered email address, to create a new password.
- You can now log in to the Increff Omni support portal with the registered email and the newly created password.
Requesting Increff Omni success team to create the credentials
- Please raise a request to the Increff Omni success team.
- Increff Omni success team will act on the request and will share the login credentials.
