How to check status of my tickets on Increff Omni support portal

To check ticket status and what action was taken on the tickets, you will need to log in to the Increff Omni support portal with your official email address and the portal-specific password.  The below actions can be performed on the portal after login.

  • Search and read through Omni support knowledge base.
  • Raise any request, technical issue or concern to the Increff Omni success team.
  • Check the status and actions taken on all tickets raised by you. You can also respond to these tickets.
  • Check the status and actions taken on all tickets raised by any requester with your company's email domain. This feature should only be given to the Client's business and operations POCs (Point of Contact).

Login to Increff Omni support portal

  • Open URL https://support.increff.com in any web browser application; for example - Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.
  • Click on Login at the right top of the screen as shown below.




  • On the login screen, provide your official email address (email address which has the company's domain) and your Omni support portal password and click the Login button.



Check ticket status and updates on your tickets

  • Click on Tickets at the right top as shown below.




  • You will see a list of all tickets created by you, with the current status of each ticket. 
  • You may also search for your ticket by typing the ticket number or issue-summary of the ticket in the search box.



  • Please click on the required ticket to see the updates made by the Omni success team member on your ticket.
  • You may also respond to the ticket here by clicking on the ticket and scrolling to the bottom of the screen.




Other actions you can take on Increff Omni support portal

  • Display tickets based on open/resolved status.
  • Sort the displayed tickets by creation date, modified date or status.
  • Display or search tickets raised by any requester from your company. You will need to request this access by raising a request to the Increff Omni success team. Increff Omni success team will conduct internal checks before giving this level of access to you.
  • Export the ticket data in CSV or excel by providing the date range.
