Please find the below steps required to process the Amazon SmartConnect orders

  • The user picks the item as per the standard process. 


  • On the Packing screen the user will turn on the configuration Capture SKU of Packing Material.


  • The user will scan the item on the Packing screen.


  • After scanning the item, the user will click on Complete Packing where the system will ask to scan the packing material.


  • The user will scan the Amazon packing material in the respective field.


  • The user will print the shipping label and invoice using Print Invoice and Shipping Label button.


  • Manifest and handover of the order will be done as per the standard process.
