Shopify Order Fulfilled on panel before packing in Increff


Error in closing shipment: Error from Channel: Given Order with parent id: <shopify order ID> doesn't have any open fulfillment orders

RCAThis errors occurs when Outbound FULFILL_ORDER call has failed for some reason but the order still gets fulfilled on the seller panel.
ResolutionTo mark the order as unfulfilled on the Shopify seller panel and then re-try packing in WMS - Piece Packing screen.
