Return gate entry created under wrong sales channel


Error Client/Channel/FulfillmentLocation details are not the same for returnOrderID : xxxx and returnGateEntryID : yyyy
RCAThe mentioned return order consignment gate entry was created for the wrong sales channel.
ResolutionTo cancel this gate entry and create a new one for the correct sales channel. Post this the return can be successfully processed.



Consignment/AWB not mapped to gate entry 


Error No Return Gate Entry Items found in RECEIVED/PROCESSING status !!
RCAThe mentioned return order consignment gate entry was created but the AWB was not mapped to the gate entry.
ResolutionTo map the consignment to the gate entry first and then process the return. 
If the gate entry has been closed, do create a new gate entry with an appended extension i.e. AWB_

Return Expectations not received from marketplace


Error No Return Orders found for processing. Try Searching by Extra Parameters !!
RCAThe mentioned return order expectation has not been received from respective marketplace yet. 

This is an ongoing issue seen for few return orders and is being discussed with marketplace team.

ResolutionFor now you proceed to manually create the expectations from CIMS and process the returns.
