SOP to reactivate Node/Warehouse after de-actiavation

The following steps have to follow for the re-activation of any Node/ Warehouse after the deactivation

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Plan of Action (POA)

  • Increff will do Root cause analysis (RCA) for the issues responsible for node/location deactivation.
  • Depending on the RCA, a Plan of action (POA) will be created among Increff, Seller and Marketplace.
  • RCA and POA will be shared with the Marketplace Business team and Seller API team keeping the Seller in the loop.
  • RCA and POA will also be uploaded to Seller Panel depending on Marketplace SOP.
  • All above activities need to be completed on the same day when the node is deactivated.


Activities to be done after the node is activated

  • Resync the complete listing inventory for the respective warehouse on the Marketplace.
  • Have daily monitoring and avoid any Excess order or SLA breaches to ensure no further strike is received on the node.
