You can open the Increff Omni support portal on a web browser without any login credentials. The below actions can be performed on the portal without logging in.
- Search and read through Omni support knowledge base documents.
- Raise any request, technical issue or concern to the Increff Omni success team.
Raise any request, technical issue or concern to the Increff Omni Success team
- Open URL https://support.increff.com in any web browser application; for example - Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.
- Click on Submit a ticket button as shown below. This will take you to the ticket creation page.
- Please fill in all the relevant details about the issue you want to report.
- Once you fill in the Issue summary field, you may receive the relevant information to help you resolve this issue on the right side of the webpage as shown below. Please read through the information as it may help you to resolve the issue on your own.
- The Issue Summary should be relevant to the issue reported. Please add the Client name, Warehouse name, Marketplace name (if the issue is related to any marketplace), and issue summary (in minimum possible words), Screen name (if it is related to any screens). For Eg: Instance Name-Client Name-Warehouse Name- Marketplace Name- Screen Name.
- Please share complete details of the issue in the Description section.
- Please attach the error screenshot related to this issue before submitting the ticket.
- Please click on Submit after filling in all required information.
- Your ticket has been created message will appear on the screen as shown below. You will also receive an email from our support portal with the ticket number for the issue you have submitted.
- Please keep this ticket number handy for all further communications related to this issue.
- If the issue falls in P0 or P1 severity, please connect with your respective Increff Omni Success POC (Point of Contact) and share the ticket number you have received by following the above step.
