Omni is integrated with ERPs like LOGIC, Ginesys, also with SAP, D365, Custom ERPs with help of Assure Magic 2.

LOGIC:

Nuances: Logic has a timeout of 45 seconds. Any call exceeding 45 seconds will be failed.

Ginesys:

We are currently integrated with the following flows with Ginesys. We are working with Ginesys for the integration of other flows

Creation & Modification of Items

Transfer Receive Order for Destination WH

Receiving of Goods at Destination Warehouse against Transfer Receive Order generated

Invoice created for any online order fulfillment to be shared by Increff on real-time basis (Forward + Return)

Assure Magic V2:

SAP, D365, and Custom ERPs can be integrated with Assure Magic. Refer to the Assure Magic V2 API Documentation for ERP Systems document for the details flows.

Note: ERP has to implement retry mechanism at their end, whenever any call fails from AMV2 end.
