Assure login process now becomes even more secure. Request all existing users to please follow the steps below in order to login successfully in Assure.

 

  • While trying to login to Assure you might witness Error “As per the security policy, you are requested to change your password.” Please find the screenshot below.

 


  • Please click on “Change Password?” link to navigate to the screen below.

 



Change your existing password as suggested below:.

  • Use combination of letters as well as digits

  • Use upper as well as lower case letters

  • Keep password length to a minimum of 6 characters.

 

Once a new Password is successfully set, please login to Assure using the new password.

 

Note - This password will expire at the end of each month as per our Security policy. Please change the password every month or when prompted by Assure Login screen by following the above process.


Can a User be logged in two or more devices?

No. A user can be logged in only one device. When logging into second device, use is logged out from the first device.

Error: "Maximum retries reached" while trying login


A user use to face this error after continuous failed logins due to the wrong password. If such cases, ask the Admin to reset the user. Please refer the following document to reset the user, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1kFaApMEhwIrWj4cECp63aiMl2u7kDRPL/view 



Bouncing back to login screen even after successful login


Please check whether the Url starts with https://. If the user is using the http Url system will redirect to the login screen again.
