What are the different types of API integrations for B2B2C model?


There are two types of API integrations

  • Dropship
  • VMS


Dropship APIs are getting decommissioned. All new sellers will go live only on the VMS API model. All existing sellers who are live on Dropship API model will migrate to VMS API model.


How many types of Return flows are supported by Ajio for B2B2C model?


There are two types of Return flows supported by Ajio as of now for B2B2C model

  • RSI (Returns Sale Invoice)
  • Credit Note (will change to Debit  note model in near future)

 


How does the RSI model work?


 

Business overviewFor every CR or RTO, Ajio creates a Return Sale invoice to the seller.
Operational Overview
  • For every CR or RTO, Ajio will push Return expectation to Assure.
  • Physical return shipments are received in the warehouse.
  • Returns are processed in Assure as per the standard B2C return process.

How does the Credit note model work?


 

Business overviewFor every CR or RTO received, the seller will create a credit note to Ajio against the forward order.
Operational Overview
  • For every CR or RTO, Ajio will push Return expectation to Assure.
  • Physical return shipments are received in the warehouse.
  • Returns are processed in Assure as per the standard B2C return process.

How does the Debit note model work?
