RTO (Return To Origin): 

 

Return Orders (Packets) received should have AWB(named as AWB NO in packet)

 

  • Return Gate Entry Creation
  1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
  2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
  3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry. 
  4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

 

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • Return Order Processing
  1. Scan the AWB for return processing
  2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.

  • Return Gate Entry Creation
  1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
  2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
  3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry. 
  4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

 

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

  • Return Order Processing
  1. Scan the AWB for return order processing
  2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.

For Uploading:

  • In return order csv upload, for channelOrderId column - append the suffix ‘-CONFIRM’ along with the channelOderId data obtained from the portal, i.e for example - if the channelOrderId is ‘1894079889494’, Upload it as ‘1894079889494-CONFIRM’. This is a required step, in case if this is not followed, the return order upload will not be successful.
