Return To Origin/Customer Return:


Return Orders (Packets) received should have AWB.

 

  • In Return Gate Entry

 

  1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
  2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
  3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry. 
  4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

 

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • In Return Order Processing

 

  1. Scan the AWB on the return order
  2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.


Transporter : BlueDart


Return To Origin (RTO):


Return Orders (Packets) received should have AWB. (AWB - The AWB is found at the the top right corner of the return packet)
 

  • In Return Gate Entry

 

  1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
  2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
  3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry. 
  4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

 

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • In Return Order Processing

 

  1. Scan the AWB on the return order
  2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.


Customer Return (CR):


Return Orders (Packets) received should have AWB and channelReturnId.

 

  • In Return Gate Entry

 

  1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
  2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
  3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry. 
  4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

 

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • In Return Order Processing

 

  1. Scan the AWB on the return order
  2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.
  3. If no return orders are multiple return orders are obtianed, Search by using channelReturnId.


Transporter : Delhivery


CUSTOMER RETURN (CR):


Return Orders received should have AWB no.

 

  • In Return Gate Entry 
    1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
    2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and Click ‘Submit’.
    3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWB on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry.
    4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’.

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • Return Order Processing
    1. Scan AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.
    3. If case of multiple return orders with the same AWB, Check against Channel (or) Transporter.


Transporter : XPRESSBEES


RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO):


Return Orders (Packets) received should have forward AWB, itemId and OrderId. This OrderId is a part of the parentOrderId

 

  • In Return Gate Entry
    1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
    2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
    3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry. 
    4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • In Return Order Processing
    1. Scan the AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.
    3. If no return order is found, ‘No Return Order Found’ error will be shown.
    4. In such cases, select parameter as itemId and search by scanning the itemId.


CUSTOMER RETURN (CR):-


Return Orders (Packets) received should have AWB (name as AWB No) and may also have itemId.

 

  • In Return Gate Entry
    1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
    2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
    3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry. 
    4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • In Return Order Processing
    1. Scan the AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.
    3. If no return order is found, ‘No Return Order Found for processing’ error will be shown.
    4. In such cases, select parameter as itemId and search by scanning the itemId.
