Transporter : DELHIVERY

1. RTO (Return To Origin): 

Return Orders received should have trackingId (AWB).

  • In Return Gate Entry
  1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
  2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
  3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry.
  4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • In Return Order Processing
    1. Scan the AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.


2. CR (Customer Return):


Return Orders received should have trackingId (AWB) and may also have channelReturnId.

 

  • In Return Gate Entry 
  1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
  2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and Click ‘Submit’.
  3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWB on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry.
  4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’.

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • Return Order Processing
    1. Scan AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.
    3. If case of multiple return orders with the same AWB, Check against Channel (or) Transporter.


Transporter : GATI

 

1. RTO (Return To Origin): 


Return Orders received should have Return AWB (Maybe be the same as received from the Channel) and channelOrderId.

 

  • In Return Gate Entry
    1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
    2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and click ‘Submit’ 
    3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWBs on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry. 
    4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • In Return Order Processing
    1. Scan the AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.
    3. In case the AWB is not the same as received from the Channel, Return order cannot be obtained in this method.
    4. Search by channelOrderId on the packet. Return order will be obtained.


2. CR (Customer Return):


Return Orders received should have Return AWB and Channel Return Id.

 

  • In Return Gate Entry 
    1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
    2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and Click ‘Submit’.
    3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWB on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry.
    4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’.

Note: Once the Gate Entry is closed, no more AWBs can be added.

 

  • Return Order Processing
    1. Scan AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.
    3. If no Return order is obtained, Search with Channel Return Id.


Transporter : XPRESSBEES


1. RTO (Return To Origin) :


Return Orders received should have AWB (Forward AWB) and itemId

 

  • Return Gate Entry Creation
    1. Click ‘Add New Return Gate Entry’
    2. Create a new return gate entry by entering the required details and Click ‘Submit’.
    3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWB on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry.
    4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’.


  • Return Order Processing
    1. Scan AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.
    3. If no Return order is obtained i.e in case ‘No Return Order found for processing’ error occurs, select ‘itemId’ as parameter and scan the itemId in packet.


2. CR (Customer Return) :

 No customer return orders yet. Please put a mail to assure.support@increff.com, if returns are of this category.


Transporter : BLUEDART


1. RTO(Return To Origin) :

    3. Click on the gate entry created and scan the AWB on the return orders received in the AWB field and map it to the return gate entry.
    4. Once all the return orders are mapped, Click ‘Close Gate Entry’.


  • Return Order Processing
    1. Scan AWB on the return order
    2. Return Orders will be obtained which can then be selected and processed.

    3. In case multiple return orders are found identify the return order for processing using the channel or transporter name.
